With ToursApp, the Portland Art Museum is finally able to control their tour and it couldn't be easier. Featuring their self-produced "Conversations about Art" videos, the museum continues to add content to the tour every day. Using our online editor, the museum can post daily events and special announcements at a moment's notice. The tour makes use of our location-awareness platform, caching system, slideshow viewer, map engine, keypad, and video player.
"This app delivers features we could not otherwise afford. It delivers a quality multi-media tour that we can easily change at will and, finally, gets us out of the conventional leased equipment business. This is how museum tours should be."
-Rob Bearden, Director of Operations for the Portland Art Museum
